Edit entries

Worklog entries are editable directly in the web app at https://accomplish.dev/app/worklog.

You can update:

• 📝 Description — Supports rich text formatting, links, code blocks, and inline emoji
• 🧠 Project assignment — Quickly assign or change the project the entry belongs to
• 🏷️ Tags — Add existing tags or create new ones on the fly

Just click anywhere on the entry to edit. Changes are saved automatically.
