Each application becomes a central hub for tracking status, managing documents, recording interview stages, and reflecting on your progress. Create applications manually or import job data directly from URLs.

Navigate to Job Applications and start tracking a new opportunity.

Starting your first application

If you're new to job tracking:

  1. Click the Add a new application button
  2. Fill in the job details
  3. Start building your application history

Already tracking opportunities? Click the + icon in the list header to add another.

Required information

  • Job title — The role you're applying for
  • Company name — Where you want to work

Optional details

  • Location — City, Country
  • Status — Track your progress:
    • Draft — Preparing to apply
    • Applied — Application submitted
    • Interviewing — In the interview process
    • Offer — Received an offer
    • Accepted — Offer accepted
    • Rejected — Application closed
  • Applied date — When you submitted
  • Workplace type — Remote, Hybrid, or On-site
  • Employment type — Full-time, Part-time, Contract, etc.
  • Job description — Paste the original listing for reference

Anywhere in the app, press:

JN

This opens the new application dialog instantly via the command bar.

  • Start early — Create applications in Draft status while researching
  • Be detailed — The more you track, the better your insights
  • Update regularly — Keep status current as you progress
